The Epic Workout

This morning in the Sports Club/ LA Boston I had two of the best trainers in Boston complete the EPIC test with me. I wanted to gain additional insight about to structure of the test and the difficulty as well as the companionship that is formed by taking the EPIC test together. Both trainers, one male and one female, were more than thrilled to accept the call to action and participate. The three of us worked very hard and had a lot of fun.

The trainers were very efficient with their EPIC moves and it was a great experience for me to see how they enjoyed it. They both clearly stated that with the proper modifications, any person can answer the call to adventure and become an EPIC hero.
