From Yang to Yin | Class, Workshop, or Teacher Training focus

Combining strength-based asana and power-based movement with mindful relaxation and nourishing recovery poses, you will learn how exercise becomes more than exercise and leaves you nurtured and ready for anything.

  • Part 1: tune up to extreme strength and function with your body as your base, using breath to recover faster from challenging and mindful conditioning intervals.
