The Epic Workout (Alex Iglecia) and Yin Yoga (Beth Iglecia) co-led an exploration in Yogic Warrior Conditioning followed by Yin yoga. Hattie and Karen of the Lululemon Showroom in Park City were our gracious hosts on this cold Friday evening.

The day was a success as we explored a practice focusing this time on strength, movement and letting go. One participant who has attended previous Epic and Yin classes commented that this class was so different than others. Yes, that’s what happens when we look into infinite possibilities!
