Attention all Teachers of Movement

Beyond Continuing Education for Trainers, Teachers, Movers and Shakers

What is the future of training, the fitness industry, and exercise? What is the difference between fragmented training and thinking, and whole-body training and thinking? What is the role or attention and focus and big-picture thinking? If you are looking to make a bigger contribution through your efforts and passion, connect with us at Epic and lets expand our thinking with like-minded trainers and teachers of movement who want to make a difference.

About the Epic Workout

In The Epic Workout, we redefine exercise as our personal hero’s journey and take ownership of goals, direction and purpose. You know that exercise, training and bodywork is so much more than the movement of flesh and bone. Epic’s purpose is to elevate the discourse of the fitness industry to be more than just fat loss and strength gain. When it comes to continuing education in the fitness industry, lets get vertical and integral. Epic has a special workshop/seminar for trainers and teachers and movers and shakers. We’d love to work with you. Just contact us today. The workshop, Overcoming all obstacles in a single day, format includes:

Epic Workshop, Act 1

You will take back the power of your body and take ownership of your movement by practicing foundational human movements and learning to progress your challenges. All movement is a path. The question is - where does it take you? Here, we explore how to:

  • turn on muscles and joints effectively to prepare for exercise
  • attend and adjust to the body’s abilities for each practice
  • choose movements and activities aligned with interests and purpose
  • plan and progress workouts according to needs

Epic Workshop, Act 2

You will experience The Epic Challenge, a physically and mentally demanding, yet always doable, timed series of movements and activities. The rewards are as great as the challenge, and you learn to get out what you put in.

Epic Workshop, Act 3

You will review your performance and design future workouts aligned with your needs, your abilities, and your interests. With Epic you use your power, wisdom and creativity to create a movement and fitness program that supports you in your life both in the gym and out.
